Spoil your Feet with a Soak, Scrub and Rub
You don’t always have to go to the spa or get a professional pedicure. In just a few minutes, you can have your feet feeling great!
Rosemary Herbal Foot Soak
Combine warm water and a handful of chopped fresh rosemary leaves in a bowl. As the leaves infuse into the liquid they gently deodorize and tone the skin. Let your feet soak for 15 minutes. As an option: you can add 6 tablespoons of whole Milk to the water. This softens the skin and gives a hint of luxury.
Olive Oil & Lavender Foot Scrub
In a small bowl, pour 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 teaspoons of fine sea salt – as an exfoliator – and stir. Add 20 drops lavender essential oil, and stir. Carefully apply the Scrub to one foot at a time, using small circular movements all over the foot, concentrating especially on any dry areas. The olive oil is nourishing to dry skin and the lavender is also skin replenishing & soothing. Your feet should already feel much silkier.
Lemon and Lavender Aromatherapy Foot Blend
Combine 4 teaspoons of apricot kernel carrier oil and add 4 drops Lemon and 6 drops of lavender essential oils. Stir and use immediately. Apricot kernel is light, yet rich oil that helps to heal cracked or dry skin. Lavender eases aching feet and lemon gently tones
