Flush All Day
I was that person that could go through the day not drinking water at all.
The importance of drinking water and weight loss is huge and there are so many benefits to drinking water. Water helps burn fat and may stimulate your metabolism. I am guilty for not being the best water drinker. It’s my love of sweet tea and ginger beer that clouds my judgement. I was that person that could go through the day not drinking water at all. This all changed when I received a meal plan from my personal trainer that required that I drink “one gallon” of water daily. How crazy is that, I thought?
I struggled for months trying to get in a half gallon and I was tired of running to the bathroom which requires you to be strategic if you are out running errands. The first day I met my one gallon goal, I saw a difference in my muscles and even felt better. I still struggle to meet my water goal so i take one day at a time. The days I do meet my water goal are the days I use my time marked water bottle. I’ve seen the time marked water bottles, but never thought about purchasing one even after several recommendations. I am so thankful that a friend just purchased one for me. The water bottle is the best!
