For maximum results, knock out three sets of these fat burning exercises below:
- 20 Tricep dips
- 20 Bicep curls
- 10 Lateral pull downs
- 20 seated row
- 10 Reverse lateral pull downs
- Five 30 second sprints on the treadmill
