It’s Not a Diet, It’s a Lifestyle Change
Work- out routine, getting in shape and staying in shape is a mindset. The questions you must ask yourself:
- What motivates me?
- Am I ready for a lifestyle change?
- Is the required lifestyle change sustainable?
- What motivates me is a fitness challenge.
A challenge that I can have fun with, push myself, focus, and invite friends to join in so we can all support each other. Outside of a fitness challenge, I train six days per week, 5 days of cardio and strength training and one day of bootcamp. The next fitness i can’t wait to start is the 8-week buns and guns challenge launching May 10 by the Sculpted Vegan.
