Mask check! It’s almost one year since I joined Melody Marie fitness at Ultimate Bodies by Carlos. We were in the middle of the pandemic and yes I had my reservations but with the safety measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, I felt very comfortable. My gym is cleanest place in town and after a year into the pandemic both trainers and clients continue to practice these safety measures.

What precautions are we taking in our gym:

• Clean pens and used pens jar to sign in
• Washing hands and sanitizing upon entry
• Number of clients decreased
• Gym Equipment is sanitized before and after each use
• Mask required upon entry
• Hand washing and sanitizing upon leaving
• Outdoor sessions offered
• Social distanced practiced
