The day of my photo shoot was definitely a vibe. Makeup, Music, Friends, Podcast, and Photoshoot @theplugatloffical.  The Plug Atlanta is a broadcasting and Media Production Company in Atlanta that seamlessly made this day special for me. I completed an 8-week glute- fitness challenge and I was ready to capture the results.

Kenya Fauntleroy (friend pictured) and I participated and supported each other in the glute challenge. We were thrilled and completely overjoyed with our results. These old bodies did the work which included two cardio sessions and one strength training session 5 days a week. In addition to a clean diet with NO cheat days for 8 weeks. I did not win the challenge, but I was proud of myself for following through until the end.
